Osteo Circuits - want to mix up your Osteo class routine?
Join Trish Fitzpatrick for this slightly faster paced circuits class where you will move from station to station lifting weights and building strength. It will be similar but different to a gym circuits class with medium level music and no shouting! Just clear professional instruction in a fun and safe way. Prepare to sweat!!
Trish is a fantastic and very experienced instructor - you will really level up your bone strength and fitness with this class!
To join this class you will have completed at least one Osteo 1.0 class so that we know you know our philosophy and how to move optimally and safely when working with osteoporosis, osteopenia or mobility issues.
For maximum gains and real results we need minimum 2 - 3 classes sessions of resistance training per week - at home or in class you choose but sometimes it is easier to work together especially if you are an expert somewhere else - you can find support here and leave it to the experts!
