More about your Instructor - Rebecca Barry is a former International Hockey player with 25 caps for Ireland! She also happens to be a Chartered Account. She is a Gaelic football player and on the executive of St Ailbe's LGFCC.
Having suffered chronic lower back pain herself in recent years, Rebecca has left no stone unturned for rehabilitating her own back challenges to restore function and movement. She is a wonderful pilates instructor - you are sure to appreciate her practical approach to this desk detoxing course!
