You will have completed at least 1 cycle of 6 weeks of Osteo Fit & Strong before joining this class! In this class we will not really repeat the basics again so we will go straight into an Osteo style work out building on the principles you have learned in Osteo 1.0
This is where Osteo moves into the next level of strength and conditioning with increased weight load and some floor work.
This class is suitable for anyone with Osteoporosis or Osteopenia or anyone who would like to get stronger and build muscle and would like to do this is a safe and supportive environment.
