This is an 6 week course in which you will learn the Pilates method of building strength from the inside out.
Pilates helps us to stabilise the pelvis and abdomen. This in turn will support the back and improve posture. It is a total body work out.
Pilates is a safe way to exercise after injuries and positive way to prevent injury. It is great compliment to sport.
We work at a steady pace. You will become stronger in this class as we work through the classical Pilates repertoire. 🌈
A whole body work out for core strength, back strengthening and to improve mobility.
In this 6 week course you will learn how to find your Pilates centre and core and then use the breath too for support. We will learn the basics upon which we can build.
You will leave a little taller, stronger & hopefully smiling 🌈
