This is still an Osteoporosis & Osteopenia friendly 6 week course
This class is friendly to your bones! It is not a class just for sufferers of Osteoporosis as this is a good strength and conditioning class for anyone wanting to get stronger in a safe way.
You will have completed at least 1 cycle of 6 weeks of Osteo Fit & Strong before joining this class!
This is where Osteo moves into the next level of strength and conditioning with increased weight load and some floor work.
This class is suitable for anyone with Osteoporosis or Osteopenia or anyone who would like to get stronger and build muscle and would like to do this is a safe and supportive environment.
This strength & conditioning class is a excellent way to maintain muscle, stay strong and invest in your stronger future
We will use some mindful breathing practices so we are not stressed doing this class.
Resistance training is the number one way to improve your health. Our body is 40% muscle, Muscle supports your bones.
We will use weights which are needed for bone strength and building muscle mass. We will use pilates exercises and yoga postures too. We will use resistance bands.
My sincere wish is for you to gain and maintain confidence and know there is so much exercise you can do regardless of age or bone health.
