This is the class for the any man who might be working with injury or joint pain or just looking to maintain muscle and build more!
We will do this in a safe way and under no pressure.
We think you will like this because, unlike a gym, the vibe will be calm with excellent and personal instruction.
In the class we will use resistance bands and gradually add load with weights. We will work on balance and strength. We will use chairs so you can work sitting or standing.
You will take the class at your own pace.
As we get older, from 30 years onwards, we lose muscle. We need muscle to maintain our structure and posture and to prevent injury. All the research indicates that the more muscle we have the longer we will live with vitality and ease in the body.
You will be amazed at the progress you can make in a short time.
