You will have completed at least 1 cycle of 6 weeks of Osteo Fit & Strong before joining this class!
This is where Osteo moves into the next level of strength and conditioning with increased weight load and some floor work. Trish Fitzpatrick is a fitness instructor with many years experience of running classes, personal training and weight lifting. Trish has oodles of knowledge and has a great way of making strength training accessible.
This class is suitable for anyone with Osteoporosis or Osteopenia or anyone who would like to get stronger and build muscle and would like to do this is a safe and supportive environment.
This strength & conditioning class is a excellent way to maintain muscle, stay strong and invest in your stronger future. This class will continue with the ethos of Osteo 1 but may be faster paced at times and more challenging.
