Take a deeper dive! Unwind no wine Fridays - during which we will offer guided meditation, some breath work, guided relaxation and a 75 minute yoga class where you will get to go deeper than we do during the week day classes.
 
You may find these practices allow a deeper level of relaxation and inward focus which will leave you restored, rested and refreshed.

Friday April 16th
  • 7pm - Welcome - 30 mins guided meditation
  • 7.30pm - Restorative nurturing slow paced yoga class
  • 8.45pm - Guided yoga Nidra ( guided relaxation)
  • 9.00pm - Finish
What will you need for class? 
You need to purchase a pass with the same name
Find a quiet, warm space where you will not be disturbed - 
You will need -  a yoga mat, blanket for the relaxation at the end, cushions,  any yoga props you like to use such as blocks or a strap ( a belt or scarf will do)
Light some candles - burn some incense - put on a chilled playlist in the background 
Set your intention to unwind and enjoy!
