We are thrilled to have found a perfect venue for yoga in tranquil O' Briens Bridge right beside the River. The tennis court! Weather permitting of course!
For those of you who love open water swimming and those interested to try it, we will gather every Sunday morning 9.30am for 45/45 mins yoga session followed by a dip in the River Shannon!
We will work up some heat in the body, stretch the muscles and get all the benefits of a cold River plunge after it.
There is a gorgeous Riverside walk there too not to mention the yummy food available at B14 cafe in the village.
