Welcome to Osteo 1.0 online! We are delighted to bring you this online option for anyone wanting to keep up the class over the summer while on the move and anyone curious to try the class but can't make it in person.

You will be sent the recording of the classes you book into and you can watch them back for the future which we hope will be useful for you!

Resistance training is the number one way to improve your health. 

This class is friendly to your bones! It is not a class just for sufferers of Osteoporosis but it is a safe class for anyone with Osteoporosis or bone health or joint mobility concerns.

This class is for for anyone wanting to get stronger in a safe way. Learn to lift weights at any age. Our body is 40% muscle, Muscle supports your bones. 

We will use some mindful breathing practices so we are not stressed doing this class.

We will use weights which are needed for bone strength and building muscle mass. 

We will use resistance bands.

We will practice pilates and yoga exercises at beginners level.

We will use chairs for support.

My sincere wish is for you to gain and maintain confidence and know there is so much exercise you can do regardless of age or bone health.

What you will need -

✅️If you are not an existing customer - Before you start this course - you will need to purchase and watch our ✅️Osteo Fundamentals course. This is really important so you can start safely and get the maximum benefit from this course. This will make the online course so much better for you.

Before you start -
✅️ Put Screen in a good position or cast onto your TV so you can see it well while watching, plug the laptop into the TV for a bigger screen - recruit some family tech support if needed
✅️A Yoga mat
✅️Make sure you have plenty space around you in which to move - remove tripping hazards
✅️A Chair
✅️Bands - send us your postal address when you book 
✅️By class 2 you will need to purchase dumbbells
