This is where Osteo moves into the next level of strength and conditioning with increased weight load and some floor work. 

This class is suitable for anyone with Osteoporosis or Osteopenia or anyone who would like to get stronger and build muscle and would like to do this is a safe and supportive environment.

This strength & conditioning class is a excellent way to maintain muscle, stay strong and invest in your stronger future
