This class is suitable for beginners and anyone who enjoys yoga.
We will have 30 minutes of relatively strong yoga and 30 minutes of restorative yoga and yoga nidra relaxation to wind down setting you up for a good nights sleep
The stronger half helps us blow away any tension in the body then a gentle unwind and relaxation
You will need -
A yoga mat
Cosy socks maybe
Blanket
Eye pillow - I will bring some
