This class is friendly to your bones! We exercise in a safe way for anyone suffering from Osteoporosis or Osteopenia.
We will use weights which are needed for bone strength and building muscle mass. We will use resistance bands.
We will practice pilates and yoga exercises which will be safe and tailored with these condition in mind.
We will work on improving balance and your core strength.
The class is designed with support and fun in mind also!
We will use chairs for support.
We willget up and down off the mat once in the class.
My sincere wish is for you to gain and maintain confidence and know there is so much exercise you can do regardless of your age or condition. It is never too late to get stronger.
