This class is for anyone who would like to drop into a gentle stretch and flow yoga class. Suitable for beginners.

In this class we will seek to release tension and unwind, unfurl and find freedom in the body! Why do we hold ourselves so tight? How can we learn to release tension and find ease in the body? 

We will explore this as we stretch and move through gentle yoga poses and using breathing exercises to help us achieve a more relaxed state in mind and body.

You can drop in or buy a 6 class pass for this class which will run for 6 weeks to start
