Join our wonderful Chair yoga community for an all over body stretch and mobility session while seated. We also do 10/15 minutes of the class standing but this is optional.
We work all of the joints gently and safely and have a little fun too!
Suitable for anyone but particularly for anyone who finds getting to the floor a challenge or carrying injuries.
If you would like to exercise at the desk you can learn some helpful exercises in this class.
