Welcome to Saturday Chair yoga in Hospital County Limerick

The class takes place upstairs in Dash gym which you will find between Centra and Re Story Cafe.

You can avail of free tea and €1 off coffee in the cafe after class!

Most of this class will take place in a Chair with about 10 minutes standing and balancing work. We will work to mobilise the joints and build and maintain muscle.

This class is suitable for anyone with mobility issues or who hasn't exercised in a while. You take the class at your own pace.

We will do some breathwork which people find helps to reduce stress and may improve sleep
