We look forward to seeing you at this retreat.

We hope to take you into a deep relaxation and transformative and healing experience through engaging with Cacao, yoga and sound.

What is Cacao?
Cacao is the oldest form of chocolate but it is made from a different bean than chocolate so it is more bitter. It is a teacher plant medicine and has been used for thousands of years in ceremony and for healing and transformation.  It is an entheogen and so it will engage with your consciousness and is thought to expand awareness and allow people to go deeper into meditative states. You stay completely sober but your senses may be heightened. What Cacao is most known for is it's heart opening properties. It might help you to -

  • Get out of your Head and into your Heart
  • Hear messages coming from deeper within
  • Release, Heal and Open to an expanded version of you

What is a sound Bath?
Brenda Ryan co- facilitates this mini retreat and brings with her to the studio an array of Tibetan bowls and a Gong. If you haven't experienced this type of healing modality before you are in for a treat. You remain lying down and cosy while you experience the vibrations of the bowls. The sound penetrates the body and is through to shift the energy and vibration of the whole body on a cellular level. Many people experience healing affects or a shift in their state of mind and consciousness as a result of a sound bath.

Together with the Cacao brew and gentle Yoga practice this half day retreat may create a shift in you and allow a deeper exploration of the Self.
